Lecco Grison's cold cutting service

We perform the cold cutting with an automatic machine by means of a blade disc. Thanks to its technical characteristics we can cut many types of fabrics to the desired width, depending on the hardness and the materials different programs are used to obtain the maximum precision in the cut. To optimize the result we put special emphasis on the systems of sharpening and cooling of the discs so that the cold cutting of the fabrics adapts to the technical conditions of the hardnesses and the materials.

We can cut special orders for our clients with our materials or with the materials provided by the clients as long as they are fabrics suitable for cutting. For special orders you must consult the technical aspects in advance and the minimums to be produced according to the required width.
